One issue I see regularly is people not being organized and not being able to get to where they want/need to be in a quick and efficient manner.
Even though most people use bookmarks, they tend to be all over the place and a burden to use.
One of the best ways I find to organize bookmarks in Chrome is to use the actual Bookmarks Bar and then use folders to group things together.
Once you have the Bookmarks Bar showing, create your folders by right-clicking and selecing "Add folder".
When you need to bookmark an individual page, you can now simply right-click on the folder, and click "Add page" there.
The result is a pretty efficient way to get to any bookmark quickly because you can get to each item via it's folder:
